Caretakers are available 9:30 am – 10:30 pm.
Guests must take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
For safety, the main gate closes at 11:00 pm (except in emergencies).
Outside visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed.
🐾 Animals Wellbeing :
At Nirrvana Organic Farmhouse, our animals are living beings who deserve care and respect. There may be times when an animal isn’t feeling well or needs rest — during such moments, interactions might not be available. We appreciate your understanding and kindness towards their wellbeing.
🏊 Pool & Jacuzzi :
The pool and jacuzzi are unguarded – no lifeguard available.
Children must always be supervised by adults.
No tubes are provided.
Jacuzzi motor runs once a day for 45 minutes.
Nirvana Peace pool timing is 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
Pets are not allowed in the pool/jacuzzi. Fine: ₹2000 if violated.
🤽 Jacuzzi :
The jacuzzi is available as a private facility during your stay.
The jacuzzi motor is operated for one 45-minute session only, as the installed motor is designed for farmhouse operation. Continuous use may cause the motor to overheat and affect its performance. This is a standard policy applicable to all guests.
The jacuzzi motor timing remains fixed for every booking to ensure safe operation and proper maintenance.
😷 Health & Safety :
For your comfort and safety, health experts generally recommend limiting each jacuzzi session to 30–45 minutes. Prolonged exposure to hot water may lead to dehydration, dizziness, and overheating. Guests are advised to stay well hydrated.
Pregnant women are advised not to use the jacuzzi unless approved by their healthcare provider.
🍳 Kitchen Access :
Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen (except for infant needs with prior permission).
Cooking in the kitchen incurs extra charges.
🌿 Cleanliness & Environment :
Please do not litter (plastic bottles, bags, cigarette butts, etc.).
Extra charges apply if found littering, as this is an organic farm.
🚫 Prohibited Activities :
Strictly no drugs, narcotics, firearms, or weapons.
Hookah is not allowed.
No crackers or colours inside the farmhouse.
Music is allowed till 12:00 am (after that only on low volume).
💰 Damages & Liability :
Any damage to property/furniture/electronics will be charged to the guest.
Management is not liable for refunds in case of failure of facilities (e.g., electricity, jacuzzi, motors), as the farmhouse is in a rural area.
🔌 Power Backup :
Farmhouse is powered by MSEB electricity.
In case of outage, inverter backup provides limited fan & light.
Generator use: ₹500/hour (cash). Must be switched off for 30 mins after every 2 hours.
📸 Media & Shoots :
Bloggers/Vloggers need prior permission before uploading videos.
Pre-wedding shoots, ads, or commercial shoots also require prior approval.
Unauthorized uploads may lead to legal action.
Tariff varies for shoots, weddings, birthday parties, movie shoots. (DJ system will incur extra cost)
🛑 Behaviour & Conduct :
Inappropriate behaviour or disturbing other guests will lead to refusal of booking or eviction.
Guests must maintain peaceful conduct at all times.
🧑🤝🧑 Bachelors Groups Booking Policy (Boys/Men):
Full booking amount + ₹15,000 deposit (online payment) required.
Deposit is refundable if no damage is caused during stay.
👶 Child Policy :
Children 1 – 10 years: Tariff ₹1400/-.
Children 10 years & above: Full charge applies.
🐾 Pets :
Guests must bring their pet’s bedding & food.
Owners are responsible for cleaning after their pets and preventing any damage or harm.
Refundable pet deposit: ₹5000
Pets are welcome but not in pool/jacuzzi (fine ₹2000).
📜 ID & Entry Policy :
All guests must provide Govt. approved ID (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport).
Children’s age proof (Aadhar card) is mandatory.
IDs must be shared on WhatsApp before check-in.
Booking confirmation will be sent after receiving IDs.
No walk-in guests allowed. Walk-ins will be charged full tariff.
🍽️ Food & Stay Payment :
One day prior our team will confirm your food preference (veg/non-veg).
❌ Cancellation Policy :
Please read carefully before making a booking.
No refunds on cancellations.
Dates can be changed once, up to 15 days before check-in.
No date change or refund for last-minute emergencies.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by management.
For a rescheduled booking, full payment for the new date must be completed as applicable.
If the date-change request is made less than 15 days before check-in, no cancellation refund or date change will be available.
By making an advance payment, the guest acknowledges and accepts these booking and cancellation terms.
